A Retreat for Spiritual Guides

Description
We often use the metaphor of journey to describe the spiritual life, implying that there is a clear road map. Experience teaches that this is seldom a good analogy for life.

More realistically, we have experiences that give us a sense of God, the holy, the sacred, the “beyond me.” These invite us to live an integrated and gracious life—a path we wander along until our next moment of wonder!

This weekend retreat for spiritual guides will invite us to look at our own wondering and wandering path.

Friday, February 7 to Saturday, February 8, 2025
This retreat begins at 6:30pm Friday and ends on Saturday at 4:30pm.
The cost of this retreat is $200 which includes overnight accommodations and meals.

About the Facilitators

Lucy Abbott TuckerLucy Abbott Tucker

Lucy Abbott Tucker has worked in adult formation and the preparation of people for the ministry of spiritual direction for forty years. She got her Master in Theology at Catholic Theological Union, and has studied and worked for many years at the Institute for Spiritual Leadership. Lucy is an author, and has been active in the work of Spiritual Directors International, serving on councils and presenting frequently at their annual gatherings. She has been involved in retreats and workshops throughout the United States, Europe, Australia, and Canada.
