Join us for a BIPOC-only retreat dedicated to rest and restoration. This retreat offers a safe space for deep relaxation, healing, renewal, and community connection. Replenish your spirit through guided meditations and reflections, reclaiming rest workshops, and meaningful conversations. Bring your comfortable clothing, favorite pillow, and soft loungewear as you prepare for collective rest.

This retreat begins on Friday at 7:00pm and ends on Sunday at 1:30pm
The cost of $355 includes overnight accommodations and meals.

Lea MilesLea Miles

Lea Miles combines her expertise as a spiritual director and academic librarian to create enriching self-care experiences. She crafts immersive retreats for individuals from diverse backgrounds. With a passion for fostering personal growth and well-being, Lea creates environments that encourage reflection and lifelong learning. Her programming caters to the unique needs of each participant, drawing from her rich understanding of both knowledge management and spiritual guidance.

Vanessa JohnsonVanessa Johnson

Vanessa D. Johnson is a busy Mom of 3 and the owner of A Miracle Happened Wellness & Birth Services. Vanessa is also the founding, Executive Director of Birthworkers United. Vanessa has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years, with an emphasis on Reproductive Health & Wellness. She is currently a Lactation Consultant at a local hospital, a Doula Birthworker, and a Complementary Health and Wellness Practitioner, with certifications in Yoga, Tai Chi, Reiki, NIA, and Step Aerobics. She also recently graduated Cum Laude from Massage Therapy school.
