Meeting Rooms

Siena Retreat Center’s meeting room space aims to combine practicality with a warm, inviting, and calming ambience. Meeting rooms are set to meet your needs—auditorium style, large rectangular tables with chairs, or round tables with chairs.

Siena Retreat Center staff will determine which meeting room will be assigned to your group based on needs and group size. Below are the capacity limits (depending on room arrangement needs and overall availability) for each space:

Oak Room: Capacity, depending on arrangement (auditorium style, tables, etc.): 60-100
Square footage of carpeted area: 49’ x 40’; two smaller uncarpeted areas on either side of kitchenette: 19’ x 15’ each

Birch Room: Capacity, depending on arrangement: 20-25

Cedar Room: Capacity, depending on arrangement: 20-25

Pine Room: Maximum capacity: 8-15

Maple Room: Maximum capacity: 6-10

Small Breakout Rooms (132 & 133): Capacity: 2-6
