Claire Anderson
Claire Anderson holds an Ecumenical Doctor of Ministry degree from the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago and is the Executive Director of Siena Retreat Center. She draws on global experiences, including living in Poland, in her exploration of cosmology, science, and faith.

Kathleen Bohn, OP
Kathleen Bohn, OP, a Racine Dominican, is a spiritual guide, retreat leader, labyrinth facilitator, and weaver and is deeply committed to Earth. Kathleen has a master’s degree in counseling, is trained in spiritual direction, has taken the labyrinth facilitator training, and has done work in Jungian psychology and dream work. She helped initiate—and lives at—the Racine Dominican Eco-Justice Center.

Diane Poplawski, OP
Diane Poplawski, OP, a Racine Dominican, has been active in vocation ministry at national and community levels and has ministered with Native Americans. She has a master’s degree in Pastoral Studies and is a graduate of Siena Retreat Center’s Spiritual Guidance Training Program. Diane currently works at Siena Retreat Center in the Development Office. Diane resonates with Native American teachings and the prophet Micah’s invitation to “act justly, love tenderly, and walk humbly....”

Dolores Catanach, OP
Sr. Dolores Catanach, OP, is a Racine Dominican; she has worked at Siena Retreat Center for years. She schedules groups that wish to use the facility and coordinates the retreat calendar. Dolores is bilingual; speaking English and Spanish. In her free time, Dolores bakes and does cross-stitch.

Jane Czarnezki
Jane Czarnezki oversees the hospitality and volunteer aspects of Siena Retreat Center.

Miriam Brown, OP
Miriam Brown, OP, a Sinsinawa Dominican, is a spiritual guide, retreat facilitator, presenter on current spirituality themes, and team member of the Center’s Spiritual Guidance Training Program. She has an eye for the Spirit’s movement in the world and the graced unfoldings of each person’s deep and precious life.

Pat Shutts
Pat Shutts has a BA in Theology and an MA in Pastoral Studies, and received certification in spiritual guidance from Creighton University. Pat brings her gift of compassionate listening and openness to the Spirit, and companions seekers as they acknowledge and discover God's presence in all of life's journey. She loves art, play, and prayer.

Philip Martin
Phil Martin is responsible for the bookkeeping of Siena Retreat Center.
April MacDowell
As Administrative Assistant, April MacDowell provides a welcoming presence as people enter. She also fields phone calls, registers people for retreats, and staffs the bookstore during regular business hours.
