Weekend with Melannie Svoboda

“Our spirituality, if it is healthy, will do more than merely console us; it will challenge us. ”

- Melannie Svoboda

Christians are called to be people of hope.  But how do we do this amid the difficulties and challenges of our world and our personal lives?

This weekend retreat explores the nature of Christian hope and its relation to faith, love, and courage.  It also suggests ways we can nourish hope in our lives.  Using scripture, music, short videos, stories, sharing, and humor, Melannie hopes to lead us deeper into the Mystery of God, the ultimate source of our hope.

Friday, October 26, to Sunday,  October 28, 2018
The retreat begins at 6:30pm and concludes with the noon meal on Sunday.
Cost of $255 includes $50 non-refundable deposit, overnight accommodations, and meals.
