Silent Directed Retreat II

This retreat provides an opportunity to meet daily with one’s spiritual director and to share in the Eucharistic liturgy and common evening prayer.  Solitude, nature, and silence enhance these sacred days.

Sunday, June 24, to Saturday, June 30, 2018
The retreat begins at 3:30pm on Sunday and concludes with the noon meal on Saturday.
Cost of $495 includes $50 non-refundable deposit, spiritual direction, overnight accommodations, and meals.

Mary Anne Albert, SSSF, is a member of the School Sisters of St. Francis.  She has a master’s degree in pastoral studies from Loyola University and received training in spiritual direction at the Institute for Spiritual Leadership in Chicago.  Mary Anne directs retreats, offers spiritual direction, and currently ministers in Casco, Wisconsin.  She believes that creativity, scripture, and nature provide avenues for walking through life with understanding.

Ron Gramza is a priest of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and a native     of Racine County.  He has served as a priest for over 40 years.  Through the years, he has been accompanied by wonderful spiritual directors and has engaged in many retreats, including 30-day Ignatian retreats.  Ron believes that, “the best part of ministry is recognizing that we are companions on the journey.”  Ron joins the retreat team as liturgical presider.

Nancy A. Sell, OSF, is a  School Sister of St. Francis.  With graduate degrees from Andover Newton Theological School in Massachusetts and Washington Theological Union in Maryland and training in spiritual direction, she has been involved in various aspects of ministry for over 40 years including parish, seminary, jail and religious community ministry.  She is currently involved in spiritual direction and retreat ministry.

Eileen Brynda, OP, is a Dominican Sister of Sinsinawa.  She holds graduate degrees in Education and Pastoral  Ministry (Boston College).  Her ministry has been in schools and as pastoral associate in parishes.  Having studied the scriptures both formally and informally, she often has given days of reflection on various Biblical themes.  Her training in the Siena Spiritual Guidance program has also prepared her as a Spiritual Guide and retreat leader.
