Mindfulness Meditation
“ Mindfulness is a way of being in the world. Being mindful means responding, not reacting, to the ever-present flow of events and experiences in your life with patience, openness, and compassion. ”

Do you feel like life is rushing by and you are not really living? Do you put off beginning a practice of daily meditation knowing it would be good for you? Do you long to share about real life questions and learn with other seekers? This series offers twenty minutes of silent meditation and we will read and discuss together at each session the book, Loving-Kindness, The Revolutionary Art of Happiness by Sharon Salzberg. There is time to meditate with others and time to share about real issues which impact our everyday lives.
