Journeying and Journaling

We are pilgrims on Earth, uniquely becoming our “True Self” (Carl Jung).  As we mature, our own story is continually unfolding and we are consistently journeying deeper and more fully into Life.

The labyrinth as a meditative walk and the journal as a tool to write our story will be the main ingredients in this day of retreat.  There will be input and guidance into use of these two ways of prayer.  There will also be space and time for choice in ways of living contemplatively and mindfully in our beautiful and quiet environment.  Our day will begin and close with communal prayer.
