Contemplative Retreat for Women
“Isolation is a blind alley…. Nothing on the planet grows except by convergence.”
This is a week of inner exploration through one-on-one spiritual direction, prayer and ritual, optional T’ai Chi and yoga, and time for silent reflection.
Inspiration for this year’s theme, “community and convergence,” is drawn from the emerging universe story and thinkers such as Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, who once said, “Isolation is a blind alley…. Nothing on the planet grows except by convergence.”
How do you experience the interconnected essence that holds us all together? How are the insights of community, convergence, goodness, and growth expressed in your life? Join us for a contemplative retreat that invites a renaissance within.
Sunday, July 30, to Saturday, August 5, 2017
The retreat begins on Sunday at 3:30pm and concludes with the noon meal on Saturday.
